The Platform & Integrations Product Management team at Seismic is responsible for building the core platform that our customers directly interact with. Features and capabilities that are critical to delivering powerful, seamless experiences at scale. This team is at the heart of how Seismic delivers value, shaping the experiences of end users and platform that powers our most strategic customer workflows.
In this role, you will focus on enhancing the capabilities of Seismic’s core platform, making it more robust, resilient, and enterprise-ready. You will work cross-functionally to streamline and improve experiences for our sales users, enablers and administrators, ensuring they can work more efficiently, effectively and securely within a complex ecosystem. This is a great opportunity to grow as a Product Manager while helping elevate Seismic’s platform for the next generation of innovation and growth.
A strong data and technical background will be instrumental for your success in this role, along with your ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and GTM stakeholders.
In this highly visible, unique and cross-functional role you will work with various stakeholders to prioritize and deliver experiences in diverse functional areas – from soup to nuts. This is an awesome opportunity to take Seismic’s platform to the next level and drive adoption and revenue.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop a deep understanding of Seismic’s products, its customers’ problems, and the Sales Enablement space to deliver solutions that drive value and delight
- Develop PRDs, define and align on scopes, and partner with design and engineering teams to deliver new capabilities to our customers
- Translate product strategy into roadmaps that are informed by input from customers, cross-functional stakeholders, and market research
- Work directly and indirectly with partner organizations and stakeholders to build and maintain robust integrations
- Define and analyze key metrics that inform decision making and measure success of product initiatives
Support the go-to-market process and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to achieve launch readiness and drive adoption
What you bring to the team:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience at an enterprise SaaS organization, including experience managing platforms/applications used by external end users
- Interact with customers and prospects to define market requirements and translate these requirements into product requirements that the engineering team can deliver within specification, on time, and within budget.
- Experience in identifying MVP and building new products / solutions in a cross functional environment. Ability to drive incremental value to the market and encourage adoption across our user base.
- Responsible for defining the roadmap for several engineering teams based on various external stakeholder feedback
- Monitor market trends and bridge business gaps by authoring technical requirements for the team.
- Engage with customers and key stakeholders on an ongoing basis to validate existing product requirements and evolve as needed
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and support operations
- Manage products through various launch phases and follow-on releases.
- Passion for platform and how the market / industry is evolving.
- Understand modern SaaS technologies and platforms. You can have credible conversations with engineers about technical design tradeoffs including platforms, frameworks, scalability, and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience is preferred.
