Seismic recognized for third consecutive report as the market leader for its customer satisfaction, innovation and differentiation, and breadth and depth of offering
I’m pleased to share that Seismic was recently recognized as the global winner and market leader in Research In Action’s 2022 Vendor Selection MatrixTM for Sales Engagement Management (SEM). This is the third consecutive report in which Research In Action has named Seismic the global winner. Seismic received the maximum score for breadth and depth of the Seismic Enablement CloudTM, as well as very high scores for its vision, go-to-market capabilities, and recommendation index.
Research In Action (RIA) evaluated 15 global SEM vendors on strategy and execution based on the survey results of 1,500 global marketing and business managers with budget responsibility (63% of the weighting) and analyst opinions (37% of the weighting). Survey respondents scored Seismic highest in the Customer Satisfaction and Price vs Value Ratio categories, and 98% of respondents said they would recommend Seismic.

We’re particularly proud of earning the top position in this report because it’s inclusive of emerging markets around the globe. RIA surveyed 725 decision-makers from across Europe, as well as 200 in Asia-Pacific – that’s more than half of the total survey respondents! As awareness and adoption of enablement continue to grow in global markets, it is critical for new research and insights to encompass the priorities and responsibilities of enablement buyers in international regions. For example, the 2022 Vendor Selection Matrix states that social selling, content control, and ensuring adoption are more important to European respondents than to those from North America.
The report also predicts that sales enablement is expanding to cater to all customer-facing employees – not just sales teams – and we’re already ahead of this movement. The Seismic Enablement Cloud is the only platform that enables the entire go-to-market organization to engage customers and drive revenue.
